Responsibilities 1. Supports the project team through entry-level design and technical tasks 2. Revises drawings and renderings 3. Conducts research for the project team 4. Assists with all phases design document preparation 3. Conducts research for the project team 4. Produces graphic presentations 5. Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks 6. Organizes files, materials, and displays Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture 2. 0-3 years of Architecture experience 3. The ideal candidate will have large scale, mixed-use commercial project experience including marketing, local networking and senior project leadership abilities on projects Responsibilities 1. Engages in business development activities, develops client relationships, leads/coordinates proposal preparation and makes presentations 2. Manages large or programmatic complex projects consistent with firm-wide standards for project delivery 3. Negotiates contracts with clients, assists in the selection of sub consultants, negotiates fee and contract arrangements including additional services 4. Represents the project as the primary contact for client interaction with travel in China 5. Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations and directs and reviews the work of the project team 6. Assists in collection of past due accounts receivables, responsible for overall project profitability and financial management of all assigned projects 7. Negotiates critical and controversial issues with appropriate parties 8. Serves as the main contributor during client meetings and presentations 9. Collaborates with firm management to ensure appropriate staffing of project teams 10. Facilitates project scheduling 11. Produces and develops technical and design studies and solutions including detailing, quality control 12. Provides technical guidance to junior staff 13. Directs issue resolution and enhances project quality in reporting to internal and external audiences 14. Researches and prepares plans, diagrams or sketches Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related design field 2. 0-3 years of interior design experience 3. Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently 4. Good drawing skills, including perspective drawing & spatial awareness 5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop, Indesign or other design programs 6. Responsibilities 1. Designs and produces print materials related to architecture and interior design projects (logos, signage, presentation materials, brand books, marketing collateral) 2. Designs and produces creative transmedia communications for digital distribution (email promotions, social media, simple web and app design, simple video production) 3. Collaborates with design teams to develop graphic design approaches for projects and presentations 4. Performs supporting graphic tasks, including illustrations, animation and image editing Requirements 1.
